Yoga Lab is founded on the belief that yoga should be accessible to all.

In every class our expert teachers provide tangible and easy to understand instruction. In a group that is small enough to ensure you get the attention and space you require.

Yoga Lab itself adopts a modern and minimalistic approach to studio space, so that we can continually provide the best quality classes for less.

From beginners to experienced yogi, Yoga Lab offers a wide range of classes and programmes to build a solid foundation and help you to experiment with your individual practice.



  1. How to book a class

    For existing members, classes can be booked via Mindbody (If there is an issue with your mindbody account, do let our front desk know on your next visit!). For newbies (ie first timers to Yoga Lab), do proceed to our website www.yogalab.com, click on Schedule and proceed to book a class. Payment for the class can be made after you have attended the class.

  2. What to bring/wear

    Anything comfortable/sweat absorbent! Your own towel, water, otherwise they are available for rent @ $1 each. Mats are provided at Yoga Lab as well so you won’t have to bring your own.

  3. How to buy a package

    Currently, class packages can only be purchased at the studio itself so do head down on your first visit to purchase a package with us. We don't offer free trials but if you purchase a package after your first class with us, the class that you have just attended will be complimentary!

  4. Class Packages

    Your package will only begin on your first class with us, NOT on the date of purchase. Should you require an extension of your package due to an overseas trip/unforeseen circumstances, drop us an email with a copy of your boarding pass/itinerary and we will extend your package for you accordingly. All packages are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

  5. For complete beginners

    Classes that are suitable for complete beginners include Hot 26, Yoga 101 (hot/non hot) and Stretch. Do read our various class descriptions which is also available on our website.

  6. Duration of classes

    We have 60, 75 and 90 minutes classes. Duration can be found on the schedule.

  7. Payment method

    Payment for class packages can be made via cash, nets, visa/master.

  8. Class cancellation policy

    We aren't strict about class cancellations but if you know that you won’t be able to make it for a class, either cancel your booking via Mindbody or give us a call.

  9. Lab rules

    • All belongings and phones in the lockers provided please! Feel free to use the lockers provided.
    • Please be on time for class, we do not accept latecomers :)
    • Minimum 12 years old and above for non-hot classes and must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
    • Minimum 16 years old and above for hot classes.
